How can I complete an order?

After you have selected one or more items from our range and placed them in the shopping cart, click on "Checkout". Then follow the individual steps to specify the delivery/billing addresses and payment methods.

Do I need a customer account for my order?

No, you are also welcome to place an order as a guest.

Can I change or cancel items from my order?

It is not possible to change or add to ordered items. We therefore ask you to return incorrectly ordered items and reorder missing items.

How can I buy a gift voucher?

Option 1: Search for "gift vouchers" in the search field. Once you have selected a gift voucher, you can choose the amount and add the voucher to your shopping cart.

Option 2: You can also click on the "Buy gift voucher" tab at the bottom of the homepage, select the amount and add the voucher to your shopping cart

Where can I enter my voucher code?

You will find the field for entering your voucher code or discount code in the checkout.


How long is the average delivery time?

The delivery time is 2-5 working days. Please note, however, that the shipping service providers require more time on and between public holidays.

My parcel has not arrived, what can I do?

Please first check the consignment number that we have sent you by e-mail. Unfortunately, sometimes there can be delays in delivery.

If you still cannot find the parcel, please contact our customer service on 06202 978484 or by e-mail ( and describe your concerns. We will certainly find a solution.

How can I check the delivery status of my order?

We will send you a tracking code via e-mail. This will be sent with the shipping confirmation email. You can enter it on the relevant website of our logistics partner and track exactly where your parcel is at the moment.


My parcel could not be delivered and is on its way back, what happens now?

Errors may occur during delivery, which is why the parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us by the relevant shipping service provider.

In this case, please check that you have entered all the address details correctly.

We are generally unable to reship your parcel if you have placed the order using Klarna payment methods.

Your order will be processed as a return after receipt of the return and you will have to place a new order.

How do I receive my voucher?

After the payment process you will receive an e-mail. Please click on the "Show gift voucher" button in this e-mail.

You can then print out the voucher.

You will also receive the voucher with exclusive finishing within 2-3 working days including a usable envelope by post to your home.

What are our shipping costs?

For deliveries within Germany via DHL:

From a value of goods of 200 € we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany. Up to a value of 199.99 € we charge 5.95 € shipping costs.

The shipping costs will be communicated to you again on the order page.

Is the return free of charge?

- Within Germany, you can return the item to us free of charge.

- Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns for shipments outside Germany. If you wish to return an order, you must send it back at your own expense.

How can I return items from my order?

A suitable returns form is enclosed with every order we send out. If you would like to return one or more items, please complete the return form.

You can send the return label via Returns Portal yourself.

You can return unworn items to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will notify you once we have received your return.
Your refund will be made to the payment method used for the order.

1. Place all items to be returned back in the parcel.

2. fill out the returns slip and enclose it in the parcel

3. now stick the returns label on the parcel.

4. hand the parcel in to DHL.

5. you will be notified once the return has been received. Your refund will be made to the payment method used for the order.

How long will it take to refund my return?

Important note:
If you return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be credited to you.

As soon as we have received and checked the return shipment, the invoice amount will be credited within 14 days via the payment method you selected when placing the order.

The amount will be automatically refunded to your PayPal account after successful processing.

If you have already paid your invoice with Klarna, KLARNA will automatically refund the amount within 4-6 working days.

Credit card:
The amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card within 10 working days.

The amount will be automatically transferred by Klarna to the bank account you used within 10 working days.

Is an exchange also possible?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a direct exchange of an item. We therefore ask you to send us a new order.

Where can I hand in my return?

Please hand in your return to the nearest DHL partner. Returns within Germany are free of charge.

Will I receive confirmation that my return has been received?

As soon as we have received the parcel and it is being processed, you will be notified by e-mail.

Adjustment of payment on return:

If you return one or more caps and the number
of caps kept falls below five as a result, the free cap will be canceled. The adjustment
to the invoice will then be made so that the regular unit price
is charged for the remaining caps.
